Sedona Felting Retreat - February 14-21, 2026
Sedona, Arizona is a sanctuary where the intense beauty of towering red rocks meets brilliant azure skies and golden sunlight. Enjoy the magical golden hour when the red rocks glow like fire against the evening sky. Feel yourself relaxed and energized at the same time. Sedona is a city of healing vortexes, where body, mind and spirit unite in an unforgettable setting.
The workshop classroom is adorned with Mexican Saltillo tile floors, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the red rocks. Step outside into the courtyard and make yourself at home with amazing views and sounds of the many fountains on the property. A true oasis to enjoy.
In the workshop you will learn how to create a pattern resist in any size, how to lay out mosaic nuno felt garment (coat, dress or both if time allows) for super lightweight results, tips and tricks to create a beautiful garment and secrets for a perfect fit and finish. You’ll be working with materials provided by the instructor, to be sure everyone has a successful outcome. Do to let Patti know what colors you desire.
After a day of creative camaraderie, kick your feet up in our cozy, common area with exceptional views of the Sedona mountains…hang around the classroom area for a soak in the hot tub.
Ready to retire? Your charming private studio suite awaits, a mile and a half away. Your private suite is adorned with a plush king-size bed and private balcony to soak in the surrounding beauty. Complete with a mini-refrigerator, this cozy retreat offers all the comforts of home.
What's Included: 7 night accommodations in a private studio suite, 5-day nuno felting workshop with Patti, 1-2 excursions. Snacks and lunches on workshop days, light dinner on night of arrival. Two dinners prepared by Patti & Cynthia, and concierge services.

What's NOT included: airfare (we leave this up to individuals as some people drive or travel together), Transportation to and from airport of choice, meals not specified above, material kit for class.

Cost: We require a minimum of six students and a maximum of eight students for the workshop. Final cost is based upon number of students and will range from $3,100 to $3,500, based upon current prices from resort hotel that are subject to change. A waiting list will be established. Participants may opt for a pre-or post retreat stay or tour.

Deposit: To secure your suite and workshop, a $600 deposit is due upon registration. Details of payment dates, refund dates and terms and conditions will be made available before payment.

Travel Agent and Concierge: Cynthia Yanok of Travelin Along has been a student of Patti's and loves nuno felting! She is our "go to" contact for all travel arrangements and questions. Cynthia will be our concierge for the week, coordinating our activities. Please direct all inquiries to Cynthia.
